Use for Information Purposes

If you use this website without transmitting data to us otherwise (e.g. by registration or use of the contact form), we will collect technically required data automatically transferred to our server, such as:

This is required for technical reasons to be able to display our website to you. We also use the data to ensure the security and stability of our website. The legal basis for the collection is Art. 6 para. 1 sub-section f GDPR.


Data collection, processing purpose and legal basis

Upon conclusion of the contract, we collect personal data about you. This concerns, for example, first and last name, address, e-mail address or telephone number. We use this information solely to fulfill our obligations under the contract with you. For example, we use your address to send you the ordered goods or your e-mail address to contact you.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfillment of the contract with you is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 

In addition, if you have a consent, there is an additional legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.


Data transmission to processor

During processing, we use assistants, especially in the field of IT. They process your data as so-called “processors” and are obliged to handle the data with care. For example, such order processing occurs when we store data in an external data center. We use such service providers in the following areas:

Further data transfers

We transfer personal information to external agencies to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations. By law we are required to transmit data to governmental authorities, for example tax authorities, regulators and law enforcement agencies.  
When submitting to external entities in third countries, this means outside the EU or the EEA, we ensure that these bodies treat your personal data with the same care as within the EU or the EEA. We only transfer personal data to third countries where the EU Commission has affirmed an adequate level of protection or if we ensure the careful handling of personal data through contractual agreements or other suitable guarantees.


Storing Period

We only process and store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. After elimination of our contractual obligations, your data will be blocked or deleted.
In addition, there may be statutory retention requirements, such as commercial or fiscal retention requirements (for example, the Commercial Code, the Tax Code). If such retention obligations exist, we will block or delete your data at the end of these retention obligations.


Use of Cookies

We use Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This is to truncate the IP addresses (so-called IP-masking). Thus, a connection to specific persons can be ruled out.

Accordingly, there is a reasonable data privacy level also in the exceptional cases in which Google transfers personal data to the USA.

Integration of YouTube videos

We have included YouTube videos in our online offering, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and are directly playable from our website.
These are all included in the "extended privacy mode", that means that you do not transfer data about you as a user to YouTube if you are not playing the videos. Only when you play the videos, the data mentioned in paragraph 2 will be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.

By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, log files are transmitted. Contact Form

On our website, you can enter personal data using a contact form. If you use the contact form, we will collect and store the data you enter in the input screen (e.g. second name, first name, email address). There will be no forwarding to any third party.

The legal basis for the processing in case of consent is Art. 6 para. 1 sub-section a GDPR. If your request is aimed at preparing the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 sub-section b GDPR will be an additional legal basis.

We use the data exclusively to process and answer your request.


Application Option

You may file your application on our website or via email, respectively. If you apply, we collect and store the data you enter in the input screen or which you send us by email, respectively. We process your data for the purposes of the handling of your application only. There will be no forwarding. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sub-section b GDPR. If we cannot offer any job to you, we will store your data for a maximum of 6 months after the end of the application process.


Your Rights

You have the following statutory rights against us relating to your personal data:

  • Right to be informedAs the data subject (affected person), you have the right to obtain a confirmation on whether we process personal data concerning you. If this is the case, you have the right to be informed of such personal data as well as to further information, e.g. the purpose of the processing, the recipients and the envisaged storing period or the criteria for the determination of such period, respectively
  • Right to rectification and completion
    As the data subject, you have the right to request the immediate rectification of incorrect data. Taking into consideration the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data.. 
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
    SAs the data subject, you have the right to obtain the erasure if processing is not necessary. This is the case e.g. if your data are no longer required for the original purposes, if you withdrew your statement of consent relating to data privacy, or if the data have been processed unlawfully.
  • Right to restriction of processing
    As the data subject, you also have the right to restriction of the processing if e.g. you think that the personal data would be incorrect. 
  • Right to data portability
    As the data subject, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Right to object
    As the data subject, you have the right to object against the processing of your personal data at any time on grounds relating to your situation. In case of direct marketing, you as the data subject have the right to object against the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such marketing at any time; this also applies to the profiling related to such direct marketing. 
  • Right to withdraw your consent relating to data privacy
    You may withdraw a consent to the processing of your personal data with effect in the future at any time. The legality of the processing made until such withdrawal, however, is not affected by the foregoing.

Moreover, you may lodge complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. if you feel that the data processing does not comply with data protection regulations.
